Placing an Order
Browse through our products from the categories in the menu. Find the items you want, read through the product description and click "Add To Cart". When you are ready to checkout, click "Cart" on the top right of the page to review your shopping cart. Make sure all the products and quantities are correct; and then click "Checkout". We'll take you to a secured server where you'll enter and confirm your billing, shipping and payment information.
Unfortunately, our system couldn't cover the shipping calculation for all the International destination. However, we can create custom order just for you with a more accurate shipping estimation.
Please write us the item you would like to purchase and your shipping address thru our International Order Request form. We will send you a quotation with shipping estimation for your review. If you agree and approved the quotation, a custom order will be issued for you. No commitment is require when requesting for shipping estimation.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards and Apple Pay.
We collect Maine sales tax on all orders pickup from our studio or shipped to addresses in Maine. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
Special Offers and Coupons
We may offer special promotion through unique coupon codes occasionally. If you have a coupon code, simply enter it in the "Promo Code" box and click "Apply" during checkout. Your special offer will be applied to your purchase.

Once you completed placing your order, we will send you an acknowledgement email of receiving your order that provides a summary of the items on your order and the delivery method of your choice. If you chose to pick up your order at our studio, the email will display your preferred date for pickup. If you have designated someone else to pick up your order, the email will also display your pickup contact.
Changing an Order
We don't currently support adding to or removing items from an existing order.
Cancelling an Order
To cancel your order, send your request by email to email@example.com within 24 hours upon placing your order. If we haven't process your order, we will accept your cancellation request and issue a refund. If your order has been processed, we do not accept order cancellation.
